On the 3^rd of March, Mr. Clas Neumann, Senior Vice President & Head of SAP Labs Network & Fast Growth Market Strategy Group, and Ms. Ni Ping, Executive Business Assistant Expert, visited Tongji SEM. Prof. HUO Jiazhen, Dean of SEM, and Ms. Grace SHOU, Director of International Cooperation Office of SEM, warmly welcomed the guests.

 

Mr. Clas Neumann and Prof. HUO introduced the development and history of SAP and SEM respectively and expressed the great interest to set up partnership between company and educational institutions. As agreed, Mr. Clas Neumann will become the member of SEM Advisory Committee since 2015, providing consultation to SEM’s development strategy decision.

 

The Advisory Committee of SEM, Tongji University was founded in 2008. Its members is comprised of influential government officers, entrepreneurs, presidents of universities, deans, experts and professors renowned in the field of economics and management both home and abroad. The Advisory Committee Meeting is held once a year. Its main function is to provide consultations on crucial decision-making for SEM’s medium-long term development planning, and offer propositions for SEM’s developing strategy.
