SEM Faculty Awarded By Sun Yefang Fiscal Foundation

SEM faculty, Dr. ZHONG Ninghua, was conferred Economics Science Award by Sun Yefang Fiscal Foundation. Unions and Workers’ Welfare in Chinese Firms, by Dr. YAO Yang from Peking University and Dr. ZHONG Ninghua from Tongji SEM, was published on Journal of Labor Economics in July 2013.

As a social organization, Sun Yefang Foundation constitutes famous economists throughout China. Its major activities involve selecting and awarding Sun YeFang Economic Science Award. Since the year 1984, Sun YeFang Economic Science Award has gained widespread recognition in China. As a consequence, many renowned personalities who have made great contributions to theories and practices to China’s reform and development have been conferred the said award, which is acknowledged as the highest award on economics in China.
