Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Hans-Christian Pfohl

Professor of Supply Chain and Network Management

Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Hans-Christian Pfohl is a distinguished scholar at TU Darmstadt, one of Germany’s leading technical universities. His research spans logistics management, supply chain strategy, and organizational performance.

Prof. Pfohl is Guest Professor at Tongji University as well as numerous Universities in Hungary and Poland. More important, he is the head of the Research Committee of the European Logistics Association (ELA) and member of the Board. He is also a member of the Editorial Board of the scientific journals “Logistics Research” and “The International Journal of Logistics Management“. He has contributed extensively to European logistics education frameworks. His books “Logistics Systems” and “Logistics Management” are used as textbooks in many universities.
