SEM Awarded with 18 National Natural Science Foundation Programs of China

On 19th of August, 2010, National Natural Science Foundation announced the results of the review of 2010 National Natural Science Foundation Programs that 18 programs of our school will be awarded with research fund, of which there is one Key Program, eight General Program, eight Young Scientist Fund Programs, and one International (Regional) Cooperation and Exchange Program. The total fund reaches RMB 5,113,000. The successful program bidding rate reaches up to 33%. Both the number of awarded programs and the awarded fund are unprecedented in our school.

In particular, Prof. Chuanfeng HAN is awarded with research fund of RMB1,500,000 for his Key Program, The Unconventional Dispose Mode of Contingency and the Principle and Method of Emergency Technology Integration.
