On the afternoon of November 10th, 2012, the Tenth Anniversary of Enrollment for the 1st EMBA Cohort was held in Sino-French Center. Prof. WAN Gang, Minister of Ministry of Science and Technology, Prof. WU Qidi, Former Minister of Ministry of Education, Mr. ZHOU Jialun, Former Council Chairman of Tongji University extended t heir congratulations via inscriptions. Guests presented are Prof. ZHOU Zhuyi, Council Chairman of Tongji University, Prof. DONG Qi, Prof. CHEN Yiyi, and Prof. LI Yongsheng, Vice Presidents of Tongji University, Prof. LEI Xinghui, Dean of Graduate School, and Prof. HUO Jiazhen, Dean of SEM and Dr. CHENG Guoping, Director of EMBA Program Center. Faculty representatives, 1st EMBA cohort students and EMBA alumni also joined the event.

Tongji Alumni Relief Fund was established by the 1st EMBA Cohort to support some poverty-stricken alumni of Tongji University. 1.18 million yuan was donated as the first funding. The most moving donation is from Ms. CAO Lijuan, who donated 200,000 yuan. Her husband, Mr. DONG Hongwu, was one of the 1st EMBA Cohort but passed away.

All the leaders presented extended their gratitude to the 1st EMBA Cohort for their contribution and supports to SEM’s development and extend their best wishes to all of them for their wonderful life and career in the future.
