On August 11, the 73th Academy of Management was held in Phil Orlando, USA. Ten students and faculty team attended the meeting, namely, Prof. CHEN Song, Prof. CHEN Shouming, Dr. YOU Jianxin, Dr. WU Xiaojun, Dr, MA Rufei. Prof. CHEN Shouming and Prof. YOU Jianxin led their team and deliver a thesis on the conference.
