On May 11th, the Chinese Bridge held by the international department came off successfully in the building of SEM of Tongji university. Although we had different languages, we came from different countries , we have the same love for Chinese language and Chinese culture.

At the beginning of this activity, there was a flute performance, which won a standing ovation. It was also amazing that teams showed themselves in such a charming way. There were archaistic Chinese zither and penmanship show, enthusiastic “red-songs” performance, entertaining scene play, fascinating tongue twister, intriguing Tai Ji show and amusing advertisement. The students’ efforts rewarded because of the recognition of the audience.The following knowledge competition showed the high level in Chinese language and culture of the overseas students. They performed quite well. The cross talk show was another highlight for manifesting gorgeous traditional culture.

Games increased the enjoyment and made the competition more drastic. Finally, “Hong Hong Huo Huo” won the final success. This activity not only enhanced the friendship between Chinese students and foreign students, but also made the overseas students know more about China.
