Last week, Dr. Asylbek Kozhahmetov, the President of Kazakhstan Almaty Management University visited School of Economics and Management, Tongji University. Prof. Jin Fu’an, Senior Deputy Dean of SEM and Prof. CHEN Song, the Deputy Dean warmly welcomed the distinguished guest.

After the introduction of the two schools’ latest development and featuring disciplines, the two parties have made an in-depth exploration of the cooperation opportunities for student exchange, program and else.

In order to get integrated into the “one road and one belt” national strategy, SEM will carry out more extensive exchanges and cooperation with Almaty Management University in executive education and double degree programs, etc.

Kazakhstan Almaty Management University created in 1988, is the first business school in Kazakhstan, which offers bachelor’s degree in economics, MBA and DBA. Almaty Management University currently boasts 230 faculty and over 3200 students.
