Dean of Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University Visits Tongji SEM

On the 6th of June, Prof. Manoj Malhotra, Dean of Weatherhead School of Management, and Prof. Anurag Gupta, Senior Associate Dean for Graduate Programs, Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University, visited Tongji SEM. Prof. SHI Qian and Prof. XIE En, Deputy Deans of our school, and Directors from International Cooperation and Accreditation Office, Tongji MBA center, EMBA center, and Tongji-Case Double Degree MBA/MS Finance Program and alumni met with the guests. The two parties reviewed the collaboration history of Tongji-Case Double Degree MBA/MS Finance Program in the past decade. Both sides are keen to explore further collaborations on double degree programs, PhD exchange and joint research.

 

Tongji-Case Double Degree MBA/MS Finance Program was established in January 2010. Up till now, the program has enrolled 8 cohorts with more than 250 students, among whom around 150 students have successfully graduated. In September 2010, the two schools signed a student exchange agreement which was renewed in 2016. Exchanges of students and faculties from both schools have been active and frequent over the past years.

 

Case Western Reserve University was founded in 1826 in Cleverland, Ohio, USA. As a research university, Case Western Reserve University was ranked top in its teaching and research areas. According to the latest US News and World Report, it ranked the 37th nationally and its business program has been ranked the 55th. Part-time MBA program has been ranked the 30th.
