On May 24^th 2019, Mr. WEI Xiaodong, public welfare lecturer, former executive chairman of the National Student Federation, was invited to attend “Peer Forum” in Tongji SEM, and gave a talk on how to plan for studying abroad.

Mr. WEI guided students to think about plans of studying abroad by asking questions in certain situation, introducing corresponding preparations needed at different stages in university, and emphasizing the importance of academic achievements, English proficiency and internship experiences for application.

Through this lecture, students have deepened their understanding of the importance of forward planning of study abroad, and had a more comprehensive knowledge of preparation and a clearer direction for future study.
