Eduniversal released global best management master’s rankings on July 19^th, 2019, among which Tongji SEM’s Master Programme of Real Estate ranks third worldwide. The program ranking continues to rise for two consecutive years, from 27th in 2017,  to ninth in 2018,  and top 3^rd worldwide in 2019.

Other Asian business school master of real estate projects listed in the global top 80 included Malaya University of Malaysia (21), City University of Hong Kong from HK District of China (33), Renmin University of China (41), Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (44), Thammasat University of Thailand (54), Hanyang University of South Korea (55), Kyung Hee University of South Korea (65), and Wuhan University of China (69).

The Master Programme of Supply Chain and Logistics,  Tongji SEM also performs well in the ranking of Master of Supply Chain and Logistics released at the same time, ranked 16th worldwide, rising by four places from 2018.

The master’s degree of real estate and the master’s degree of supply chain and logistics are the strong disciplines of business schools in North America and Europe. Tongji SEM has obvious traditional advantages in these two subjects, and has made remarkable breakthroughs in research and teaching in recent years,   keeping breaking the record over the years and leading Asian business schools in the ranking.
