On September 24^th, nearly 30 students from the Tongji SEM came to the Weilai Center for company visit. Career Development Center of Tongji SEM awarded Mr. XIA Qinghua, Vice President of Weilai (NIO) Automobile Co., the certificate of “Lecturer of Company Visit”.

The visit was mainly divided into three parts, visiting NIO House, new energy industry trends and marketing mode thinking and sharing, Q&A. Mr. XIA Qinghua introduced the future development trend of the automobile industry and the concept of R & D core technology and marketing model based on the data changes of the automobile industry in the 10 years from 2011 to 2021, so that the teachers and students of Tongji SEM had a better understanding of the automobile industry and the company.
