On November 1^st, 2021, Tongji SEM invited Ms. HUANG Minzhi, Assistant Director of the SSE STAR Market Management Department of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, to give students a lecture on “SSE STAR(Sci-Tech innovAtion boaRd) Market”. Prof. RUAN Qingsong, deputy dean of SEM, issued a certificate of teaching to Ms.HUANG.

Ms. HUANG introduced the reform of the registration system from the perspective of sci-tech innovation companies. She  analyzed the initial characteristics of science and technology companies, the overall characteristics of domestic surgical companies, and the main system innovations under the registration system. At last, Ms. HUANG briefly summarized the overall characteristics and future development trends of sci-tech innovation companies at this stage.

The “SSE University Practical Course System” aims to implement the requirements of “Memorandum of Cooperation on Strengthening the Popularization of Securities and Futures Knowledge” (jointly issued by the Securities Regulatory Commission and the Ministry of Education), and to integrate investor education into the national education system. On September 9th 2020, Tongji SEM signed a memorandum of cooperation with Shanghai Stock Exchange and Haitong Securities to jointly launch the practical course system.
