On March 15^th, 2022, “Enterprise Intelligent Transformation in the New Era”, one of the frontier courses of Intelligent Transformation Courses jointly launched by Tongji SEM and SAP, was successfully held by ZOOM. The course was open to international students for the first time. As a special guest, Mr. XU Lei, Director of Strategic Planning and Operation of SAP Labs China, met with more than 70 international students and led them into the era of digital economy from the perspective of the industry.

This lecture focuses on the development trend of digital economy and introduces the intelligent transformation of enterprises in the new era by taking SAP enterprises’ specific practical experiences as an example. Human experiences normally come from a combination of three aspects: whether you can achieve success, how much effort you have spent for the success, and what is your emotion during the interaction for the success. The lecture explains how enterprise improve their customer experience through combining operational data with experience data together. What’s more, it illustrates how enterprises use cutting-edge new technologies like big data, machine learning, IoT, Blockchain, Cloud to help customers to improve their experience.
