Recently, Dr. Robert NDUGWA, Chief of Data and Analytics Section of UN-Habitat, along with Dr. BAN Yifang, Professor of KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Senior Advisor of UN Habitat, and Ms. FU Bang, Senior Advisor of UN Habitat, were invited to visit Tongji-SEM.

Dr. CHEN Haiyun, Chief expert of the “Shanghai Index” research team at UN-Habitat and researcher of the Institute of Sustainable Development and Management of Tongji-SEM, had in-depth discussions with the delegation on the research progress of the index and its application status, as well as on the topics such as the academic exchanges and cooperation between Tongji-SEM and UN-Habitat, the internship opportunities at UN-Habitat for students from the “Shanghai Index” research team and the joint development of the “Shanghai Index” global research and development platform.
