On November 7^th, Shanghai, the School of Economics and Management at Tongji University, in collaboration with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in the United Kingdom and Wanwulianghang, officially unveiled the English and Chinese versions of the “White Paper on Commercial Real Estate Decarbonisation in China” (hereinafter referred to as the “White Paper”) at the 6th China International Import Expo (CIIE). Combining theory and practice, the White Paper analyzes exemplary practices in low-carbon property management across various types of business spaces. It provides a comprehensive overview of the current status, challenges, and reduction paths of carbon emissions in China’s business spaces, serving as a valuable reference for domestic commercial property owners and operators in their carbon reduction efforts.
