On July 9^th 2024, Mariola Ciszewska-Mlinarič, Dean of the School of Management of Kozminski University in Poland led a delegation to visit Tongji SEM. Dean XIE En of SEM, Vice-Director of Marketing and Promotion Office and Deputy Director of MBA/EMBA Centre SHOU Yuexian met with the guests.

XIE En said that Kozminski University and SEM are partners and hope to open a new chapter of cooperation within the framework of the existing agreement, strengthen the exchange of students in the dual-degree programme, promote the exchange of researchers from both sides, and further deepen the form and content of cooperation.

The two sides discussed and exchanged views on topics such as exchange of dual-degree students, participation in international conferences, and scientific research cooperation in key specialty areas.

Formerly known as the School of Business and Management, Kozminski University was founded in 1993 and is the top private university in Poland, having received three international accreditations: EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA. As a private university in Poland with the right to grant doctoral degrees and professorships, it has the right to grant doctoral degrees in the disciplines of management, economics, finance, sociology and law. The university is highly internationalized, with 70% of its current courses taught in English, and is ranked 40th in Europe for business schools by Financial Times in 2023, and is the best FT-ranked business school in Poland.
