We’ve checked with the Shanghai International Travel Healthcare Center, they no longer accept the physical examination reservation by phone calls, you can only go to the venue(No. 15, Jin Bang Road) for reservation, or try to make the online reservation.

Please find the following website link: https://www.sithc.com/en/index.asp, you click the "medical appointment" button on the right column,  fill in the information in "Personnal User Registration." Then with the user name, you log in and make the reservation.

Please pay highly attention that in the "Personnal User Registration", the "email item", please control the email address 6-18 at length in.
