Prof. Jiazhen HUO, Dean of SEM-Tongji was selected into the Shanghai Leading Talent Plan by Shanghai Municipal Organization Department and Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Department.

 

The Plan was launched in 2005, aiming to rejuvenate Shanghai through science and education by creating a number of creative teams and leading talents who are able to adapt to Shanghai’s economic and social development and the construction of innovation-oriented city. This time totally 18 people are selected into this plan.
