On the 7th of January 2013, SEM’s Alumni Office held a seminar at Tongji Building Block A regarding Information Technology of alumni work. The attendees included staffs from SEM’s Alumni Office, SEM’s Administration Office, and MBA Office, who discussed with IT companies about alumni database collection. Mail cluster system and alumni “weibo” (twitter in China) management were proposed. Prof. ZHOU Xianghong, Director of SEM’s Alumni Office, summarized that they will refer to the suggestions proposed by responsible departments and work closely with them to develop a communicative bridge between SEM and its alumni.
