The quality alumnae forum and buffet, held by SEM’s Alumni and Corporate Relations Office and the Union, was closed on 28th March, 2013 at Yuntong Building. The activity recruited its participants with the way of weibo.com. The quality alumnae Lu Jing, Wang Min and Wang Qin were invited as honored guests to attend the forum. Some of teachers and students of SEM also attended the forum for open discussion.

The three alumnae recollected their campus life in Tongji University and the career life after their graduation, which deeply inspired the audience. When the activity entered into the communication part, the young alumni each aired their own view on the issue of how to make a balance between a female’s career and family and the way of easing their pressure.

Alumnae Forum exemplifies the alumni office’s work idea of “serve the alumni, serve the college”. In the future more and more alumni activities will be held and supported by the alumni association, realizing SEM’s alumni that we are family. (Contributed by Alumni and Corporate Relations Office)
