From the 13^th to 15^th of November, 2013 Shanghai China Construction Projects and Project Management Seminar was held. It was organized by Shanghai Construction Engineering Industry Association, Tongji SEM, RICS and AACE International. The seminar focused on discussion of development and situation of construction projects. Prof. SHENG Shaohan from Tongji SEM gave a speech on the practical innovation and management of China major construction projects. Prof. LE Yun from Tongji SEM delivered a panel discussion on the public and cultural values on project management. Another important part of the seminar was to release Guidance of Practice for Project Management for Construction Projects. The guidance was edited by the team of Shanghai Construction Engineering Industry Association and Tongji SEM Institute of Complex Construction Projects. Some SEM faculties were evolved in the writing and publishing.
