The academic research paper, University Invention Disclosure: Balancing the Right Stage and Type, was awarded Best Paper of Technology and Innovation by Academy of Management, US (AOM). The authors include CHANG Xuhua, double-degree PhD candidate of Tongji SEM and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and his Tongji supervisor, CHEN Qiang, and PolyU supervisor, Patrick S.W. Fong. CHANG Xuhua will be invited to the 75^th annual meeting of AOM in Vancouver Canada in August.
