On December 5^th of 2020, Tongji SEM’s 2021 Freshmen Welcome Party was held on the Jiading campus of Tongji University. QIN Wenzhong and CHEN Cheng, representatives of the university, DONG Bianlin, Deputy Dean of Tongji SEM, and representatives of teachers and the Student Union of the school attended the event.

The party consisted of three chapters and twelve shows. The 2019 undergraduate international class and the Tongji High-level Aerobics Team brought us the performance “Jumping Heart”. They lit up the atmosphere with difficult gymnastics, showing the positive spirit of the Tongji people in the new era.

The song “Stay with you” was brought by the 2020 class 1 of Management Science and 2017 Sino-French class. It goes without saying that 2020 has been not only an unusually difficult year but also a particularly moving year. This song made us feel the power of love and warmth.

The band show “Honey Party” was brought by the Guitar Association of Tongji University. They expressed their expectations for a better future with their singing. No matter what difficulties and obstacles they encounter, there is always a light that will guide them to find the future.
