Application of financial concepts and theories to financial decisions at the corporate level; Assessing growth and its financial limitations (capital structure, dividend policy etc.), using financial instruments (securities) to obtain funds, assessing company’s cost of capital and applying the concepts to investments decisions, valuation of companies, acquisition and merger considerations.

SIMBA Introduction:
