Prof. Qinghua Bai Won the Bid for the Strategy Consulting Project of Shanghai Municipal Government

The Development Research Center of Shanghai Municipal Government recently announced the bid winners for the strategy consulting projects 2009. Prof. Qinghua Bai was again on the list with his project “The Strategy Research on the New Social Management Methods of Shanghai Municipal Government”. Up to 23 universities, colleges, scientific research institutes, government bureaus participated in the bidding. The research team from Tongji University led by Prof. Bai won the final success.

For years Prof. Bai has been devoted in studying the science of management and strategy and paid close attention to the hot issues in Shanghai’s reform and development. His team has won several such bids and awards. Their research results have been highly valued by the authorities and leadership in Shanghai.
