APJM Academic Conference of Tongji Universiity and Harbin Institute of Technology will be held this month. Prof. HUO Jiazhen, Dean of SEM-Tongji and Prof. YU Bo, Dean of School of Management, HIT, are invited to attend and be the chairmen. Other invited guests include, Prof. Gerry George, well-known scholar in management, and Prof. Jay Barney, world’s leading professor in management, who will be speakers during the conference.

Asia Pacific Journal of Management which belongs to Asia Academy of Management, is a famous SSCI journal of management in Asia. It is ranked as the 18th journal of management in the world. Its special edition this time is about the research of innovation: reduce poverty by innovation. Prof. Garry Bruton, and Prof. SI Xiaofu, Joint Director of Institution of Innovation of Tongji, was invited by Prof. David Ahlstrom, Chief Editor of Asia Pacific Journal of Management, to be the guest chief editor of special session. Seven academic papers were selected to be presented to the public during APJM from 18-19 December 2012, which display the fruits of international innovation research.
