Abstract:

Dr. Lee, Cynthia will update our understanding of the field of job insecurity by incorporating studies across the globe since 2003, analyzes what we know, and offers ideas on how to move forward.

Bio:

Dr. Lee, Cynthia is a professor in the Management and Organizational Development Group of Northeastern University. She received her doctoral degree from the University of Maryland. Her research interests center on studying organizational behavior in the Chinese context, including managing change, performance management, managing relationships, and understanding the changing nature of psychological contracts, innovation, and job insecurity.
