On the 31st of December 2012, Dr. WANG Ruijie, Deputy Dean of SEM, together with SEM staffs and volunteers went to Changbai Second Primary School to hold a meeting to promote voluntary services for Changbai Second Primary School and celebrate New Year with the children. Since 2005, Tongji SEM has been the counterpart to help Changbai Second Primary School. The buddy program was carried out quite successfully in the past seven years. Students volunteered to make their contribution with warm heart and wisdom to Changbai pupils.

Mr. YANG Huibao, President of Changbai Second Primary School introduced the voluntary services by Tongji in the past years. He emphasized that Tongji brought hope and love to them. Gifts were delivered to outstanding volunteers and staffs. The wonderful performances prepared by Changbai children extended their sincere gratitude.
