Public Finance

Based upon the theory of economics, Public Finance is a subject studying government’s revenue and expenditure activities and how a government realizes its economic functions through its revenue and expenditure activities. Taking government’s revenue and expenditure as a core and taking fiscal revenue, fiscal expenditure, budget, fiscal policy, fiscal administration arrangement and economic effects of fiscal activities as main research fields, public finance is a comprehensive specialty that combines macro-economic and micro-economic researches and covers most of government’s economic activities.
